Particle Tracking
Automatic identification of features in an image is necessary for analysis in a variety of research fields. When working with sorting via dynamic optical lattices, I found the need to track my video streams on a daily basis. This drove me to develop GUI based software to facilitate easy tracking of intensity maxima. This software, named RyTrack, is open source and free to download.
